#1222 closed bug (wontfix)

Datepicker should load only his own CSS

Description

In the js jelix/js/jforms/datepickers/default/init.js we load ALL the jQueryUI CSS, which load too many CSS that are not necessary for just the datapicker

We should just do

jQuery.include(this._config.jqueryPath+'themes/base/jquery.ui.datepicker.css')

instead of

jQuery.include(this._config.jqueryPath+'themes/base/jquery.ui.all.css');

If someone need to load one of the others CSS ; he will load them himself explicitly with meta_html css

Because the thing that is very annoying, those CSS are loaded after all the CSS of our application, and can overwritte existing CSS we made.

  • Resolution set to wontfix
  • Status changed from new to closed

forget that....

to use a datepicker with a expected theme, we need to change the path in the defautlconfig.ini.php file

eg

[datepickers]
default="jelix/js/jforms/datepickers/emplode/init.js"

Then inside this init.js file we can tell to jelix where is the jQueryUI theme to use.
