Description

Hi, In my application, I want to allow the user to store hour data as hh:mm (without seconds)

It seems that a control with jDatatypeTime needs the seconds to validate with form->check. (even if apparently, jForms_jquery.js allows hours without seconds) It can be boring to append ":00" each time to the value of each time control data.

I wrote a short patch to create a new datatype (localeTimeShort), and added LocaleTimeShort? to jDateTime and jforms compiler. Now, I can add localetimeshort to my controls in xml to actually be able to check time data without seconds.

Here is my patch.
